Step 1 - Low Emission Zone Support Fund
Important: This fund has now closed to applications for the current financial year, please complete this form if you wish to register interest in any future funding opportunities.
To address local air quality and improve public health, Low Emission Zones (LEZs) have been introduced to the cities of Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dundee, and Aberdeen. LEZs restrict the vehicles entering the zones based on emission standards; older more polluting vehicles will be unable to enter without penalty.
To support the introduction of the LEZs, Transport Scotland is offering eligible businesses £2,000 per vehicle (maximum of three vehicles) to dispose of their zone non-compliant vehicle through the LEZ (Businesses) Support Fund administered by Energy Saving Trust.
If you wish to dispose of multiple vehicles (up to the maximum three vehicles) please complete a separate form for each vehicle.
